What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of Flutter development with strong Dart fundamentals.
• Expert-level knowledge of BLoC/Cubit pattern and reactive programming concepts.
• Deep understanding of clean architecture, dependency injection (get_it, injectable), and separation of concerns• Experience with app flavors, build configurations, and environment management.
• Proficiency with CodeMagic CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows• Hands-on experience with Shorebird for code push capabilities
• Strong UI/UX implementation skills with custom widgets, animations, and responsive design
• Performance optimization expertise: widget rebuilds, memory leaks, and rendering optimization• Advanced debugging skills with Flutter Inspector, profiling tools, and device testing• Knowledge of platform channels, native integrations, and third-party SDK implementations
