We build high-impact web platforms for healthcare providers, education institutions, and purpose-driven organizations. Our clients include UNICEF, Plan International, and the University of Brighton. ‍

Role:

‍We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our infrastructure across multiple environments. You’ll support deployments of WordPress, Python, and JavaScript-based applications, while ensuring security, uptime, and performance.

‍What You'll Do‍

• Set up and manage infrastructure on DigitalOcean‍
• Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines
• Support and deploy WordPress, Python, and JavaScript applications
• Manage and renew SSL certificates‍
• Implement and maintain Docker-based environments
• Use Terraform, Ansible, or similar for infrastructure automation
• Create and manage monitoring tools using Prometheus and Grafana‍
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents
• Ensure backups, failover, and data recovery strategies are in place
• Enforce infrastructure security and access controls

‍Must-Have Skills‍

• Solid experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or SRE‍
• Hands-on experience with DigitalOcean or similar cloud platforms
• Strong with Bash, Python, or Shell scripting
